Simplifying Multiplex IF with Your Validated Primary Antibodies and AI-Powered Spatial Analysis

Abstract

Join Revolune and Mindpeak as we challenge conventional multiplex IF workflows and demonstrate a simpler path from stain to biological answer.

Dr. Angela Vasaturo of Revolune will show how researchers can build multiplex IF assays from the primary antibodies they already use. With Revolune's workflow, researchers pre-label up to seven rabbit IgG primary antibodies in about 30 minutes, then stain FFPE tissue in a single round in approximately six hours, with no antibody conjugation or proprietary antibody panels required.

Dr. Fabian Schneider of Mindpeak will then demonstrate how pre-trained AI models transform multiplex images into quantitative spatial data for tumor microenvironment analysis, without the need to build custom analysis pipelines.

Together, these approaches form an end-to-end spatial biology workflow designed to scale from exploratory research to larger translational and biomarker studies.

The future of multiplex immunofluorescence isn't about adding more steps. It's about removing the ones that no longer add value. If you've ever wondered whether multiplex IF could be simpler, this webinar is for you.

Key Takeaways

In this webinar, you'll discover how researchers can:

  • Move from existing primary antibodies to validated multiplex IF assays in days, not months
  • Remove unnecessary workflow complexity without compromising biological insight
  • Transform multiplex images into quantitative spatial data using pre-trained AI models, without building custom analysis pipelines
  • Scale multiplex IF from exploratory research to larger translational and biomarker studies with confidence

Fabian Schneider, PhD

Fabian Schneider, PhD, is Senior Product Manager at Mindpeak, where he shapes the development and delivery of AI solutions for pathology. He has more than a decade of experience across leading organizations in computational pathology, oncology and biomarker research. His career has spanned both scientific and product leadership, from contributing to the establishment of automated data reporting for digital pathology assay data supporting clinical oncology studies at Roche, to advancing computational pathology pipelines at AstraZeneca and leading product development for research solutions at Visiopharm. With a doctorate from the University Hospital Frankfurt focused on Wnt signaling in tumor formation and angiogenesis, followed by postdoctoral research at the Karolinska Institutet and the Technical University of Munich, Dr. Schneider combines scientific depth with hands-on experience in product strategy and clinical translation. At Mindpeak, he draws on this background to guide the development of AI tools that are scientifically robust, clinically relevant and aligned with the needs of pathologists worldwide.
