AACR 2026: five days of multiplex IF in San Diego

1,400 conversations at booth 1042, two posters, and the first public run of the Connector workflow on a live tissue section. Here is what happened — and what we took home.

The question everyone brought to the booth

Almost every conversation started the same way: can I keep the antibodies I have already validated? For most groups, the panel is not the bottleneck — the revalidation work is. We spent the week showing the Connector workflow on tissue people brought with them, and watching the answer land.

By Sunday afternoon the demo station had run an 8-plex panel eleven times, and the questions had shifted from whether it works to how quickly a lab can be running it themselves.

What we presented

Two posters, both built on tissue from collaborating labs rather than in-house material — the point being that the workflow has to survive somebody else's fixation protocol.

Poster 5108 — Signal separation across eight markers without spectral unmixing artefacts. Wed 22 April, 9:00–12:30 · Section 18

“The best moment was a group bringing their own slide on day three — and leaving with an eight-marker image of it.”
Thank you

The team that was there

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, brought a slide, or argued with us about marker order — and to the five who stood at the booth for five days.
