Solving the Multiplex IF Bottleneck: From Antibody to Validated Panel

Abstract

Watch the on-demand webinar featuring Angela Vasaturo, PhD (Revolune) and Kelly Hunter (Propath UK), as they discuss a practical approach to implementing and validating multiplex immunofluorescence workflows for translational research.

Moving from single-plex IHC to multiplex immunofluorescence can introduce challenges in assay development, workflow complexity, and validation. In this session, our speakers share how laboratories can simplify multiplex IF using existing primary antibodies while maintaining robust assay performance, along with early antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) panel data generated using Revolune reagents.

In this webinar, you'll learn

  • How to transition from IHC to multiplex IF using existing primary antibodies
  • Strategies to simplify multiplex assay development and validation
  • Best practices for building reproducible multiplex workflows
  • Early ADC profiling data using Revolune multiplex immunofluorescence reagents
  • How CROs are implementing multiplex IF in real-world laboratory environments

Whether you're developing new multiplex assays or looking for a practical alternative to more complex workflows, this webinar provides actionable guidance for researchers working in oncology, translational medicine, and biopharmaceutical research.
